Recently, Rizwan Razi, a man of "Perfect Ikhlaq" and second "Aristotle" on planet earth, at least in his own eyes, has written a really nasty twit against Adeel Habib.
Mr Razi is such a champion of free speech that he blocked me imediately when i wrote a strong response to one of his twit. That is the only time I have ever interacted with him. That's shows his trust on "Freedom of Speech" wihtout shadow of a doubt.

I have just responded to his twit second time in my life, through another response, remember, i am blocked by him, so i cannot see or respond to his twit directly on twitter.

I have no idea about that other website, I had thought the point of a democracy is to allow open criticism of institutions and people that lead them, AKA the establishment. Yes swearing and name calling is childish or not a way to convey a message but as long it dont incite violence disorder or breaking the law speaking out against corruption or other ills should be allowed.
