Thanks for the detailed response. PDF will have to comply only if they present court orders or upon their personal approach as well?

Since most of the times, FIA demands information about users without a charge sheet or court authorization.

Court orders are different matter

There’s one way PDF can protect users, don’t save logging data. No IPs, Only bare minimum to keep forum operational. This way, Even with court orders, there’s not much to share. VPN companies usually operate like this to avoid compromising user data while complying with government overreach.
