If I wrote that they would call me a conspiracy theorists and anti-semite because my name is Khan.....
And coming to the point.....we might gain some things if we establish a relationship with them but we will loose our Arab partners....so we have to make a choice....and since Israel won't be taking in labors from our country and doesn't have oil to sell us we will go with the Arabs.....this is speaking from a diplomatic and strategic point of view...not from a moral or religious one!

Religion is not devoid of strategic value, specially so for Islam.

who will take back??? BD's?? forget about 1000 years dude... earth might be explode by that time...
Not BD's....but if you look at the history of that place it has changed hands quite a lot of times....and compared to how long Jews or Christians or Muslims have held it in the past Israel is not old at all...

On the issue of Recognition of Israel, Bangladesh stands together with most Muslim countries of the world:

If you see clearly... Rest of world recognizes Israel... more than 80-85%% countries does recognize Israel.. so it doesn't matter what is your stand...Even Iran itself recognized Israel...

True.....you are right....We can see Turkey, despite being one of the fastest growing economies in Europe gets vetoed when it tries to enter EU....so their religion does come into play when talking about strategy and diplomacy!

Yes....but out of the countries that are marked as 'recognizes Israel' very few recognizes their present border!

Also the Evangelical Christians are die hard supporters of Israel, because they believe that the end times require the elimination of a third of the Jews. Israelis know this, but they have formed an alliance of convenience because they make a major chunk of the Republican party.

And America needs an outpost out in the Middle East that can influence affairs over there. But there has been an erosion in American public support as Israel has chipped away at it's image by it's constant disproportionate attacks.

They will also keep the Palestinians in a national limbo because if they absorb them, democratic policies dictates the Arabs will be the majority.

So In a way, it makes sense for Israelis to push away palestinians while building new settlements. But problematic at the same time.

WE WILL NEVER HAVE RELATION WITH AN ENTITY THAT TOOK OUR THIRD HOLIEST CITY BY FORCE. ANY BANGLADESHI WHO THINKS OTHERWISE IS WELCOME TO SPEAK IN PUBLIC SUPPORTING THEM AND WILL RECEIVE MOB JUSTICE. THATS IT. END OF THE STORY.

Jerusalem is not 'our' city. Our cities are in Bangladesh. Only Palestinians / Israelis have right to say its their city. Mecca and Medina are also not our cities. These are cities of Saudi Arabians.

If you are saying it for Muslims then Jews and Christians also have equal right to say its their city. Jerusalem is not a public property for Muslims only. This is the most holy site for Jews, 3rd holy site for Muslims and extremely important site for Christians also since Jerusalem had significance in Jesus' life. Also Abraham was going to slaughter his son (Ishmael / Isaac) in this land.

Well that's something I've been thinking about.....I do not foresee any muslim nation taking over Israel any time soon....but how long will it take for the Evangelicals to think the rapture(second coming of Jesus and elimination and conversion of Jews) is taking way too long and decide to take matters into their own hand.It doesn't take the US much time to switch sides and declare war on random countries....and they have a perfectly sellable reason to attack Israel any time they want....to save the Palestinians!

There is still enough of us to make a come back, so no worries about us getting extinct any time soon.
same as sand grains on beaches no one is worry abut of sand-grains they are infinity in numbers but they can't do nothing

Who cares about what a hindu thinks.... Bangladeshis are 90% muslim. okay lets forget about religion. As a nation we are a palestinian ally and we will support any freedom struggle because of our history of struggle and war.

That's the funny part, the fastest growing religion in America right now is Non-Religion. Americans are dropping out of religious affiliations at a phenomenal rate. While they may have their sympathies with Palestinians, they will be as critical of Muslims.

The people with the highest birth rate in Israel right now are Orthodox Jews. So political parties that appeal to the orthodox sect will step in.

United States does not need middle Eastern oil now. It has enough energy sources now and will become even more independent over the years.

I think what you are going to see is Middle Eastern countries are simply going to tear each other apart. Kurds for example, for the first time have turned key players.

Sunni- Shia schism is now picking up pace. Iraq has now been cast into the cauldron and vast swathes of Afghanistan will be taken over by Taliban soon.

If we want to blame anyone then we should blame United Nations (UN) for the creation of Israel. They created Israel for Jews since in their Torah (Old testament), Muslim Tawrat, Israel is the promised land for Jews. We should not blame Jews for occupying Palestine. Its UN which did it.
