Yes . Malik riaz is a army yes man.all rtd generals are boot polishers after retirement. He throws mony and they dance. Only the most corrupt live there. 15 yrs ago we were forced to seel 5.00/8.000rupees .kanal... nows hes selling at 40/50.laks per kanal. What a clasic thief. After visiting phase 7, I had to admire Malik's management skills ......... he definitely has raised life style standard of Pakistanis. Plus construction may have been easier but to maintain a project of size like Bahria town(s) its another level of skills.

The best part is people living in small duplex, town houses on 150-200 sq. yards can avail all the facilities earlier associated with elitist lifestyle, people living in big 2000, 1000 sq.yds homes,

The club houses, the gyms, schools, hospitals , shopping centers, malls and above all, the cleanliness and proper town planning(encompasses everything) is what makes it a success.

It is not elitist with elitist lifestyle facilities...should be available en mass.

A friend having FX told me I didn't know what parts keeps on falling on the road while driving home, only when I reaches home did I realize that so and so parts are missing in action. This is the beauty of FX, jettisons extra load just like a fighter plane do.

Few years back on my visit to Pakistan my cousin arrange for me a car like thing called FX as per his logic I should straight my hand on that car first before new one and that thing so bad I have to call help to start that shit and after a week people start avoiding me and starts calling me Baoo sooni gadi wala.

Tyre Gaddi se naraaz ho kar a gaya tha...the reason. Even tyres doesn't want to be associated with an FX.

BTW FX has inbuilt mechanism to throw off things at will. This tyre veering off also happened with one of my friend long way back, and the funny thing is that tyre went ahead of the car he was driving, didn't fell aside for a long time.
