As part of the program, Azerbaijani army made a contract to produce Aselsan made thermal and optic devices. Also, Azerbaijan made contract to purchase Turkish made army boots and some other devices.

Where have you read that? And why do you think that it relates to a limited scope project like "future soldier"? Infantry doesn't need thermal and optic devices? Or what about "army boots" and "some other devices".

Stop talking non sense please.
