What some people dont realize is that they step out of their limits in a foreign country.

Westren countries consider insulting what and whoever you want as freedom of speech (You can actually see shows like Family guy, south park that insult Jesus to such a disgusting extent, its unbelievable), East doesnt work that way and its not because they are in stone ages. But they have strict laws enforcing what they believe in, yes even if they are a little too harsh.

But hey, can you challenge Saudi king and his laws? Didnt think so. Aruging here wont change them.

I think the Muslims in India are generally suppressed and bullied - thats from experience speaking to dozens from Gujarat.
I was showing you laws in other nations which one has to abide and respect- like not selling peanuts after sundown on a Wednesday.

But in this guy's case, it is because he did Blasphemy and according to Saudi laws, it is lashes for him. Had it been in Pakistan, he might have gotten away scotch free, or get a jail sentence.

You are comparing two very different things.

They have the same beliefs in religion but they don’t have the same forms of MAN made backward laws like other Muslims in other countries. yeah sure India has its share of some nutjob fanatics... but as a majority the Muslims in India are by far the most moderate. intellectual, intelligent successful, well-mannered of all Muslims in the world. Indian Muslims as a majority live in peace with every sect of islam. they don't go around propagating the murder of ahmdeis in that country and ask for constitutional clauses to put one muslim sect down or call it non muslim like others in other countries.
