Arjun MK-II Gearing up for final trials

The truth is in IA,PLA,PA scenario none of our tank guns can penetrate frontal armour of enemy.

IA fields kontakt-5 era.
PA and PLA fields kontakt-5 copies/homemade variants on al khalid,t-80ud and type-96 and type-99.
The new IA t-90m also fields relikt.
PA may opt for knife or douplet era from ukraine someday.
Arjun instead of ERA uses ceramic tile sandwitched Chobam armour which provides similar results without era blocks blowing off.
Kontakt-5 was proven by tests to be invulnerable completely to american m829 a1 rounds and sparked development of m829a2 and a3.These are the current best Sabot rounds in the world.Russians now have developed relikt and kaktus to defeat these new rounds and in response americans now developing m829a4 and a5.
Now IA,PLA,PA all use tanks with carousel type autoloader which can only hold limited legth penetrator,so what u will get from these armies are mostly APFSDS rounds with 550mm-600mm round penetration. The new t-90m and type-99 may get around 600-700mm.But above that penetration is impossible due to design limitation of carousel autoloader. The new abrams rounds on the other hand have over 800-900mm penetration.
Only arjun doesn't have carousel autoloader,so there is much scope for improvement as rounds loaded without autoloader restriction.unfortunately as fate would have it current APFSDS round of arjun is substandrad it doesn't have DU or tungsten and short rod penetrator. So situation is same accross the board.

On top of that the new welded composite armour turrets
All 3 of the armies use composite armour with welded turrets in their modern tanks. This has led to dramatic increase in protection. So t-90 even without era can withstand the m829 a2 and the ukrainian kew[similar to pak round] apfsds round from 250 metres.I'm sure al khalid and others with welded composite turrets also have very strong capability as that is the current trend.

So the conclusion we see here is in indo-pak-china scenario we have superb armour protection facing old gun and ammo technology. What this means is in a conflict neither side will be able to effectively pierce another's frontal armour,
What will become key will be armour tactics,ambush,manuevering...who can get the rear and side shots first.
That and top attack.
Unless new gen guns, autoloader and ammo are introduced the situation will stay the same.

Rail bridges are strong

I am talking abut bridges made for vehicles like bridges on rivers i.e bridges like vashi khadi bridge

For those kind of bridges they will use bridge layers. As you mentioned in later posts, light tanks and T90 are more suitable, we wont see much action from Arjun in those areas. LCH and Apaches will see greater involvement along side APCs and ICVs.
