When a missile/space launcher leaves the lower, denser layers of atmosphere it's speed are rather low & heating is much less.

That's why there is no ablative coating on the nosecone of a space launcher...

now indian roket faring is 1 tonns. this is confirmed by isro. so it is really heavy. now imagin weight of indian heatshield. and now add mirv warheads meaning more surface area. so you are telling something impossible.
