The only impact I can see is Urdu being our national language (not mother tongue) ... and tht too has flourished in Pak... thanks to Pakistani efforts... again bihari or Marathi have zero relationship to Urdu... or Pakistan at large.. the only thing Pak shares with india is the Punjabi culture (even tht not completely)..

But Urdu don't belong to Pakistan.

Lord Buddha was born in kapilwastu......at that time there was no india,nepal,pakistan

now a days,some part of kapilvastu lies inside India while some part lies inside nepal

the actual place where he was born in lumbini which is in presnt day nepal......

maybe thats the reason people claim he was born in india......

again there is no proof where he was bron......archaelogists ans co are trying to find out with the help of shrines and relics....and till date it says its lumbini

thirdly there are some people who claim he was born in UP and some say he was bron in kapileshwar,Odisha........bcoz some shrines were found there......

no one actually knows where he was born..........the majority feels its lumbini

Lord Buddha attained enlightment in Bodh Gaya,Bihar and this place is among those 4 places which are considered sacred for buddhists........
