How are we to know why the visa's were issues people always travel ,we dint know the lady will be arrested,

The point some of us are trying to make is, if she was to be arrested,they should have worked with Indian autorities and not humiliated her, end of the day she will come back ,if not someone from US is not going back.

What do you mean by friends ,there is a little give and take ,if we follow books blindly then whats the difference between a friendly country and any other country.

There are a lot of laws in other countries that American diplomats are probably violating either knowingly or unknowingly. Do we really want each country to start arresting/stripsearching American diplomats, rather than look for a 'diplomatic' solution that is a win/win for all?"

Without hard evidence the Senator/Congressmen can deny they were unknowingly hiring someone with a forgery document and later found out their employee were illegal, they also get away with this. But the India deputy consulate documented a falsify visa application and brought someone over to the US that consider human trafficking.

I am not favoring her...she did something she should not have. I have said this before as well that she is not a saint either.

My issue is the way this case was handled from the beginning.
