I read all of his statements about Libya. He doesn't talk like "we did this or we did that". He talks like "This has been done, that have been done" He talks in a way that excludes Turkey from the conflict.

IMO, Turkey's interest in Libya is to have Sarraj at the head of GNA. Anything more would be a bonus. I don't think, Turkey would care if GNA takes or loses Sirte, Jufra or anywhere else as long as Tripoli is at the hands of Sarraj.
