Not sure if that video is from the latest test, but it seems that they are testing take offs and landings with weapon mock ups right?

It will be five years before it acquire enough experience to operate a Aircraft carrier (tall claims aside). Much longer to acquire a lethal aircraft with pilots experienced to fly for combat (again tall claims aside).

In another ten years, this carrier would leave its coastal domain to enter high seas and intimidate anybody.

At that time, away from home, it becomes vulnerable to carrier killer missiles which Chinese neighborhood countries would acquire.

Hence do not believe in much hyped propaganda which Chinese are putting out.

As if your india carrier got much hype. India too need to start from scratches how to operate STOBAR and worst, India most likely deploy Russian carrier style management which is known not to be that efficient. While Chinese adopt USN style of marking and operating procedure.

Well these Indian pay more attentions on a 'wrong' English word, speaking a good English can't change ur country it's just a tool for learning advanced tech from the West, nothing else.

For a Chinese from non-English country, the English just a learning tool. If necessary study and use it, if un-necessary abandon it and make foreiger to learn Chinese.

"beast" read "genesis" above and you will be educated.

The Chinese aircraft carrier is more of a training tool. It is supposed to bridge the traing gap of 70 years with the American navy and 50 years gap with the Indian navy.
