He's always called for direct negotiations. Ever since he came to power he's said the same thing. Americans are the ones backing down b/c Iran's position is that the sanctions must be removed first and then we will give up enrichment.

You are completely wrong. President plays a very big role and history proves this.
Iran was always serious in negotiations. West uses the negotiations to impose more sanctions against Iran .They have problem with Iranian administration who is threatening Wests interests. They want Iran to become a puppet again. Like KSA which promised to increase its oil production to hurt Iran.
They want Iran to be in the West Block.A puppet who provides West's needed oil. Iran sells oil to China and West would be interested to cut off this.

Iran have tried many times to improve her relationship with the world except US, they tried to talk with other countries in the world about nuclear program and ... but all of them got failed,why? because of USA.

If Iran had a good relationship with USA then If whole the world( including of EU,china,russia...) were saying Iran shouldn't have nuclear program but US supported us we could have even nuclear bomb and no one could nothing against us.
Iran tried to resolve nuclear problem with EU. but it got failed. then they realized that they should have talked with USA about that.

we just waste lots of money,time and we are suffering from sanctions only because of few mullahs crazy policy.
If they were logical, they made Bilateral negotiations Only with USA and everything was Resolved many times ago.
