UNHRC did not see that India halted it's operations in Kashmir for one month so that people can celebrate Eid. But Just a day before Eid the so called care takers of Islam sent in few terrorists and killed two people in Kashmir, the Killers were Muslim and victims too. And this was not the only case, before that there were other incidents of attacks on locals and forces too. I think UNHRC is responsible for the killings of Bukhari and Aurangzeb, plus regrouping of terrorists in outskirts of Kashmir.
