Good lord! As heartening as it is to see Iran go through the very rudimentary steps of space tech development its mouthpiece (Fars) should really learn not to mix technological matters with propaganda. Brazil commenting on another nation's space program is inconsequential considering that Brazil does not have a space program..something that the Iranian members should take into consideration before becoming overtly optimistic.

Perhaps @arp2041 or @Hyperion can better explain the technological bottlenecks that will plague Iran as it tries to further "enhance" its capabilities. Perhaps next time they'll spare the monkey and try to launch a functioning and operational satellite with an appreciable weight.
