Nobody is paying. Its just the money going into Minister's Bank accounts will be diverted for subsidy of this water. Hope u knew the calculations of AK regarding Water and electricity.

I think you're being simplistic here. These stands will align with national mood and I don't think they declared a stand for referendum at all. It is inferred from the fact that Prashant bhushan had said something to that effect when he was a part of a commission. It is wrong and AAP will have to state their stand for LS. Then we will have a true picture.

I also suspected a socialist tinge. But then tell me when most free market business leaders who leave their positions in droves are joining AAP, what makes you think macro-economics of the party is going to remain so? And why will these people join them when they have been strong proponents of liberalization throughout? They have said 'socialist'- leaning to the people but never said they're gonna nationalize or anything. And if kejriwal reduces power tariffs by bringing the power companies to book and gives water by breaking the mafias, so be it. He didn't mention taxes anywhere. Talk to me when he actually increases taxes.

Ohh. Lemme make it more clear. Goa is a different case altogether. Problems of Goa are not as complex as that of a metro city like Delhi. Goa has a huge revenue source of tourism unlike Delhi where you need policies to MANAGE RESOURCES and CORRUPTION.

Infact, In Goa you just need is conducive mentality for city growth and you will perform irrespective of ur corruption. Also, Manoj is noncorrupt doesnt mean his party people arent whereas AAP has people only those who know they will never mince money in this Party.
