yep im sure it is all made up i know that not all of them have been killed by the government, but now ur saying that most of them where killed by rebels and some terrorists while the governmet bombs whole blocks?? and a proper goverment would use its amry to fight inside a city but its better to desroy a whole city, that will make things just better for the People the goverment cares so much of right?

Even Indian and Pakistani fighters violate each others airspace but they are safely escorted back to their respected airspace no need to fire missiles on each other in peace time. But the might is always right i guess.

Atlantique was shot down inside Pakistan territory, if the boogie is hostile, it is always shot down.
I don't know which incidence of escorting are you talking, but in war time, IAF pilots always surrender first and than they were handed back.
