Why in the hell are we on a consistently defensive posture with a country like Afghanistan which is not even a country. We talk tall and mighty of being a nuclear powered nation, yet we cannot do damn about these so called jack asses from across the border.

cant speak for them . I will let them explain. looks like the money is concentrated in only few hands and that too they are secretly smuggling out. if the money keeps getting traced back to India then you know how grimly the world see's money laundering.

India would never provide any material support to Afghans except financing Russian arms for ANA whose cost would be directly reimbursed to Russian as agreed in a treaty signed a fortnight ago.

If an ANA officer does something for India, he would be doing them with his own material resources and after he has completed the job, he would be left with Indian money, Simple. He certainly would be spending it in Dubai or Qatar.

The money that would be spent on ANA's training would be provided to Karzai and co ( soon to be replaced by Abdullah and co ) with part of training being provided in Indian defense colleges.

If RAW is genuinely not involved in turning this dream marriage of Afghanistan and Pakistan sour, they would be biggest khassi intelligence agency in the world. I expect them to fund TTP's sheboons but i also expect them to be discreet about it.
