It is better to delay and have full functionality. Have a fighter that can stand up to rafel with full spectrum of capabilities. If we have waited so many years one more year is just nothing provided the end product is top notch with Al bells and whistles.

I personally like f-7pg don't know why always wonder the pg upgrade could have been applied to mig21bis that could have made this an excellent fighter. By the time paf got interesting it by late 90s china had f-7d that could be used as a base platform to apply f-7pg upgrade. Just my imagination

Pretty soon these fighters will be history in PAF

I expect the first one to join PN by mid next year, followed by 2nd one under construction at KSEW by end of next year or beginning of 2023. Followed by this one and the last example by 2024. In next 3 years PN will add 8 new ships of similar capabilities.
