I think it is just never ending proceeding. Both have strong lawyers. Court can give nawaz sharif "benefit of doubt" . but this is my opinion.

Don't forget, this stuff was under investigation in the late 1990s but N.S. halted it as soon as he started his second term. In Washington we remember that it wasn't the crime of the Watergate break-in that did Nixon in but his participation in the cover-up. The crime could be blamed on underlings, but the cover-up involved the participation of the president and thus his tacit endorsement of their criminal deeds.

Lol, if this happens in Pak, 90% parliamentarians will go home.

I said it yesterday after the SC's judgement on formation of commission that they will start SC maligning campaign, and that has all begun today.

1st target = Imran
2nd target = Army
Above two have been epic fails so far!

Now they are on to the 3rd and final target = Supreme Court

What PMLN (& cronies) do not realise is that they are fighting against The Almighty and they do not stand a chance. They are blinded by their new gods (power and money).

About 1500 or so bureaucrats and sitting MNA/MPA's are on this SC's hit list next. That case is on a backburner due to the panamagate commission. SC axe is hanging on them all, rest assured.

I have faith that this SC will, at the very least, remove NS and then you will see major chopping exercise to follow. Hence all filth have been out in full force to save NS.

I am confused right now...What is .shaikh Rasheed saying, right now? Didnt understand... He is saying...tht i said...to PTI tht there should be no judicial commission but we should get decision from this bench only....but they agreed to commission..... I am confused.... So now...he will also agree to judicial commision for his petition...or tht he will stick to his old stance of larger bench for his petition?

It doesn't matter what is being said by Sh Rasheed, IK has executed his decision already. He doesn't want his petition to be dealt by the commission. His petition is not on panamagate, it's on perjury.

IK has faltered again, NS did it again. Now enjoy the NS thugs toy around the SC for years and complete their tenure in the mean time. theyll ready to roll their rigging machinery to plunder the country again.

I see this one as a little bit different from previous times. There is a two prong approach this time and pressure from three sides. Wont be surprised is something does happen. Also we can agree that an institution doing such a thing will be huge for this country rather than a removal by force/coup!

Lets see what happens and pray that the country do start taking some little steps in the right direction. Institute building and reforms is what we actually need. Once that is achieve it wont matter who have to office as powerful and loyal institutions will keep anyone and everyone in line.

The best part is that today SC has changed this case to a Suo Moto case.
Now its a case against the public interests.
A sitting Judge from the SC will act as the commission and will have all the powers of the SC
