PAF Chief flies the Typhoon

If your brain cells aren't functioning then no one can help you....taking a ride in the back seat once or twice during ones career doesn't exactly qualify them as an active flyer but then if these are your standards, you sleep on it.
Arup Raha has clocked over 3400+ hours in flying...he used to fly Migs(21 n 29) during his prime
Previous chief NAK Browne had over 3100+ hours in hunters, jaguars, migs and mkis

What are you talking about??

I think you are pissed because your tall claims came down crashing on you.. Its understandable about your outrage. From desk jockies to not frequent fliers?. That a big twist. Take care buddy..do have some research before making such claims..
First acquire some manners to address on an open forum, do you even know the meanings of ''Pissed'' or did you just pick up the word out of thin air like the rest of your argument....going by your stupid logic even our former army chief qualifies as a flyer as he was flown in F-16 a few times.....there's a difference in leading from the front by being up there with your boys and directing from behind a desk.....it's not just my claim rather many aviation journalists often refer to PAF leadership as leading from the front.

They may have been pilots during their career but once assuming the command, how much active flying are the involved in. !!!

Please show some decency and respect when talking to another member on this forum if you talk like a civilised person that would be much appreciated

Why does it even matter? This is not the 1500s were kings/leaders go into battle with this men. Today's military top brass have to be exceptional managers, their combat prowess is entirely secondary at that point. If your ACM is constantly going up on joy rides just to maintain a fictional "edge" then he isn't doing his job IMO which is to manage the scarce resources of his AF and plan for the future.

Same could be said about your PM who is supposed to be running the country yet spends most of his time taking selfies....and sweeping staged litter.....as for our ACM, it's a known fact that even during the 1965 war, Nur Khan flew several missions to observe the battles himself and how the PAF performed under his command is well known to our Indian friends.

Dont counter him with facts both me and @Mahindra's post were deleted for giving him answers and saying his ACM was sitting behind rather than doing a solo..

What a ridiculous comment....you are making it sound as if i deleted those posts, did you conveniently missed the posts which also showed successive PAF commanders flying solo,...those posts were also deleted.... the current Air chief flew several solo missions in International exercise Antonio Eagle held last year in Turkey....... so get to know some real facts before indulging in a debate.

China state media approves that WS10b turbojet engine with max 14.5tons wet thrust and FADEC had begun mass production, that means the engine problem haunting China airforce about decades finally solved. WS15 with max 18 tons thrust is in the test, will be put into service around year 2019. Means we can export any fighter with China heart to other country.

The is the happiest moment in my life until now!

Finally! Finally! Although it's bit late, but we just pull it off!

J20 will adapt WS10b at low rate initial production phrase, and change to WS15 engine before 2020. I'm proud to be a Chinese. And congratulation to our Pakistani brothers as well, you have more choice in the future.

An entirely redundant comparison. One is a military leader, another is a politican and the elected head of a nation. The latter is compelled to be in the limelight, the former should avoid it at all costs- it doesn't further his service's interests at all.

A service cheif is meant to oversee the operations and resource allocation of his force, flying and leading from the front should not be within his remit. Frankly, proffesional soldiers/aviators shouldn't need to have their hands held by their seniormost officer to do their job.
