just wanted to present a contrast - people are not using the route, only coal is transported through this route.
As far as kerla secularism is concerned , we all saw how a pardon was requested by state assembly for the coimbatore blast accused ,to allow him to stand elections.
And terming the banglore blast accused arrest as Human rights voilation by CM.
