All parading and ceremonial weapons handling requires practice. Generally combat ready troops aren't used in parading since their focus is elsewhere. Assignments for ceremonial units do practice, but not to this detail excluding those of the 3rd Regiment (The Old Guard) and a few similar units. These women march with perfection as witnessed by their training.
