Gripen c/d have 600 mmr radar with maximum output of 8.5 KW peak.

India is also developing UTTAM AESA based on Elta 2052. Tejas MK-II will carry this AESA.

As far I know lrde already developed a variant of UTTAM radar with range 100 km it was in drdo report.
