Everyone knew that reviving Bengal would be hard work. But it'll be a tragedy if Mamata lets her quirks and caprices make a tough job even tougher.

Well yeah that you are..

1. I dont see the reason to create a thread on a particular poster and his/her character, And i think it contravene forum rules
2. The reason seems dubious, As @Joe Shearer seemed to have had no intention of leaving the forum in the first place
3. Provided a platform in the guise of a accolade to actually gang up on a individual who clearly does not endorse the Mob view

I created the thread as a reaction to what I felt was disrespectful hounding of an Indian, at a personal level, because his views were at odds with a certain narrative within India.

It is not a political thread. Even if it might have morphed into one.

He is very popular with Pakistanis

He is the IDEAL Secular Indian whom they want to NOMINATE as President of India

But for us BJP guys he is the member of CPM ;
the party which BJP has very nearly wiped out from the Indian political map
