And now, you leave me perplexed. Will you please explain why one is right and the other is wrong ?Simple. Because I don't think he was wrong.

Bro just mail me using my username **********I'm sorry, I didn't get his mails. Could you ask one of the moderators to pass across your number?
LOL. That was not for you.
A Hindutvavadi is a right wing religious bigot, a follower of Savarkar's Two Nation Theory, who thinks India should be majoritarian, Muslims should be restricted with regard to excessive birth-rate (they don't know how and what they intend to do, but this is what bothers them), Christians should not preach and convert, all religions should be restricted other than Hinduism, and so on.
I'm extremely, extremely sorry..
Sad state of affairs my friend. What was once the most developed state has been brought to this misery in one generation.
I respect your opinion, but I must add it as a disclaimer that I did not understand a single word of that.
Any Indian who hates Joe has got to read him taking on Pakistani canards on Kashmir. They will feel indebted.

I'll let you into a secret.
I tell the truth as I see it. As much as possible without getting personal. If someone points out I am getting personal, I apologise. If someone points out I was wrong on some fact, I apologise and correct myself. I go lightly over a few, a very few people, because I respect them enormously. Nobody else gets a pass, not on information or on fact. Interpretation is treated leniently (my lenient, not the world's lenient). Unfortunately, most people are ill-educated, under-informed and ill-equipped. They get a bad time, and I don't care. India comes first, but not idiots mis-representing India, who pretend to be India in their own persons. India comes first, but not in defending the indefensible. The Indian serviceman comes next. Indian civilians come third. Everything else last.
And I neither want to be admired by Indians for taking on Pakistanis, nor be admired by Pakistanis for taking on Indians. I have very dear friends on both sides, and am not playing the jingo game.
But thanks for your post anyway.
Because Savarkar preached an inhuman doctrine, and was a coward who didn't lead Indians at any time when it involved his personal participation, and craved pardon from the British.
Because Jinnah was the original icon of Hindu-Muslim unity, and a favourite of Gokhale, because he warned Gandhi against using religion in politics, because he fought to keep India together until Nehru pulled the rug out from under his feet....
