The complete fabrication of 71 war is what Pak army keeps repeating to its gullible public to hide their atrocity in 71 war and subsequent humiliation of surrender in front of Mukti Bahni. Pakistan establishment forced most of the foreign journalists to leave the east pakistan before starting their indiscriminate killing and raping so that the rest of the world don't know about the crime pak army was committing against innocent civilians.

Look at the recent protests by Pashtuns led by Manzoor. There was a complete media blackout in his peshawar rally even though it was one of the biggest rally in recent history of pakistan. Hardly any mainstream pak media highlighted the protest because that's what they were ordered to do. If it wasn't the age of social media we wouldn't have even known about it.

Musharraf has already apologised in the past as far as I know and besides, no Pakistani in their right mind is proud of what happened, just as any Bangladeshi shouldn't be proud of the crimes that the rebelling forces committed. A formal apology (if it hasn't already been given) should be given but at the right point in time, which right now isn't.

I don't even want an apology to be completely honest. What's the point of an apology if they truly don't repent for the crime committed by pak army in 71.

Nah, it proved atrocities did occur. That's the most important thing. Don't know where you're getting the 5 million rape claim, the largest I've seen is under 500,000.
