I cooked dinner for a few friends tonight and had a great time. We discussed good ole days when we used to live in Pakistan and enjoyed mom's cooking or some dishes in so many great restaurants.

So tell me what you had for dinner tonight and who cooked it. :pop:

As usual my mom cooked dinner......we had today a typical bengali dinner-rice,dal,doi-fish(fish fried with curd and spices),vegetables cooked manchurian style,chutney with mango at end!.....lolz

Friends requested me to cook a traditional Pakistani dinner so this is what I made;

- Kadhi
- Besan ki roti
- Baigan ka bhurta
- Tali hui paplet (pomfret) machli
- Khushka
- Jhinga massala
- Coconut ki chutney
