To understand one has to find the root cause and where were it originated.

The historic origin of this intolerance came in the times of war. This indicated lack of sleep and lots of stress. Today every city has this problem, everyone is rushing to work as if there is a war like situation, workload is high hence stress which is causing sleep disorders.
