hmm... if you mean philosophical basis ( if not, please do tell ), i would say say that rather than negotiate through the older socialist concepts, much simpler is looking at socialism from a renewed perspective... so the "green book" will be the finest example of this ( Green Charter Movement )... it is divided into three sections and is written in simple and direct language.

after you finish it, i would put the "saturn" book from above as good study on manipulation or employment of political events.

I dont know...Last time I went in August or was it Sept...cant recall it wasnt smelly then....I heard alot of people had complained it stinks ESP in Summer coz of the heat and humidity ....
