I study Big Brands ...Its my newly area of Studies that i develop in last few years...I study there rise , area of speciality and marketing tactics that build Ladders in Junta mindset........Big Splendid franchise chain of Mc-Donalds, Starbucks fascinates me...and it forces me to study more of them

Thats is not easy to answer, You said right its not easy to build empire in one day but when you analyse certain elements under a big scope, You find out some patterns that kept on repeating itself again & again

I think we lags behind you with the difference of 19-20, So what apply in India applies here....and Generally India-Pakistan are Heaven of International Brands,with no fierce Compitation like they receive in Europe & America
