I have tasted only 4 of those dishes and Bebinca is my fav (though it has eggs..)

but being a veg...bring many restrictions...
I not visited the southern west state of my county ...so, I am pretty shy on those dishes....

Hmmm. . . Chorizo is a Portuguese spicy( not indian spices) sausage which i guess got a Goan touch. they make this sandviches with chorizos, lettuce, garlic aioli and vegetables.

Since u are a vegetarian . . . u can't enjoy it
