bro you have to upload to one of the image hosting websites such as

ImageShack® - Online Media Hosting
TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

Once you upload there u will get the direct link just click on the image button or do what emo_girl explain copy that link between IMG tags
