What did you have for Sehri/Iftar?

3 Kebabs, a couple of pakore, samosa, biryani, and pepsi. In the morning I will be having one keema parahta and banana shake. I eat less in the morning then during iftari. :D

had alloo ka paratha,yogurt n pepsi for sehri...will have cheese pakoras,samosas,fruit chart n LOTS of water for aftari,damn hot in isl.

Ok- i had alo ka paratha and dahi in sehri- old school-

but i will have-

Biryani- Ckn Kerhai- Sajji- Mutton Qorma- Soup- Kher- Ras Malai- in aftari-

We're lucky in the southern hemisphere these last few years. Roza is only 530am to 5pm, it's cool weather and we hardly feel it. By the time work is over, so is roza. Many times I have a cup of tea at iftari and am not even hungry or thirsty.

Over here in NY rosa is 3 am to 8:25ish so far so good. Pray for me. :lol:

Sehri = 1 roti, salan, a cup of yougart and honey mixed water and Cupa Tea
Aftari = 2-3 Dates, 2-3 pakore, a bowl of fruit-chat and Cupa tea. Then 3-4 hours later, 1 roti with salan and a Cupa Tea

nothing beats gurr ka sharbat in aftaari to quinch ur thirst,....

i like this Arabic tradition of eating the dinner immediately after Maghrib prayer.

take a light aftari, some dates, a couple of pakoras, some fluids, then pray, then dinner or maincourse.

It is better than eating two times after prayer.
