It's mostly about people having the free time to have a lot of sex. Overpopulation is directly proportional to the laziness of our population. They're in bed at 9pm. What's gonna happen? Yes, sex.Population isn’t the problem. It can be an asset if educated, trained and employed properly. Pakistan has more than enough natural resources and land to feed it’s growing population. Issue is mismanagement and corruption.
Rabbits prefer lettuce over carrots.
Pakistan can increase it's agricultural land by 100%Nobody talks or writes of agriculture. We got way too much fertile land:
Sindh Punjab(thal/that) can be irrigated very easily as long as we fix our water usage.
Overpopulation is one of the biggest issues in Pakistan.
You breed more, in turn you irrigate more agricultural land and the cycle continues. That’s screwed up. When would this be enough.
The strain it has on a country’s infrastructure. Pakistan really needs to focus on producing quality people. The numbers don’t matter.
I say cap every family to 3 kids. Make it illegal to marry below 22. Tax families having more than 3 kids. Even Ehsaas Program should void families having more than 3 kids.
Punjab is 40% of Pakistan and lots of people from other provinces moved to Punjab during this canal colony rush - they had plenty of fertile lands, not enough people and the plan was to feed British India from the breadbasketIf not for canal colonies most of the area between Chenab and Ravi rivers which includes most of the TT Singh and Faisalabad districts and parts of other districts and areas east of Ravi like sahiwal vehari etc and many other districts would be sparsely populated areas British canal colony policy is responsible for overpopulation at least in Punjab province
