we would've thrown out China in less than 15 mins: Rahul Gandhi

. . . .
Possible/feasible is the element of a sane mind.

Being sane is fine but the current leadership seems to be frozen or shell shocked by the Chinese incursions and actions.

On one hand we have our military leaders who giving out ridiculous statements like we are prepared for two front war and ready to bomb China while political leaders observe stoic silence.

.
Congress stands no chance in a radiculized india..

Which is good for india kerps them united

. .
Seems like pappu has gotten strong over the years.
Honestly speaking Gandhis used Indian military power far more frequently and in audacious manner than any non-Gandhi PMs of India.

If we take into account military initiatives under Indira Gandhi, it would make Modi look like a peacenik in comparison. And she did it at a time when India was comparatively far weaker in economy and didn't support of US.

Political leaders are supposed to be stoic and work behind doors. You have no idea about what is going behind the scenes. China occupied a barren land that both sides patrolled. That land was not exclusively controlled by India ever but claimed by it. This may constitute a minor set back but not defeat.

Rahul couldn't care less about all that, he is an opposition politician and bravado is cheap when you are in opposition. Electorate should be intelligent enough to be able decifer politics behind such statements. These days opposition is listless and want to do and say anything and everything to get a bit of media time. Rahul is pretty poor at issue selection. And who believes Congress anyways, all they say have always been to suit their politics and never nation.

And Nehru lost Aksai Chin.

I would prefer that neither the government, opposition nor the military indulge in this type of rhetoric and rather work calmly in making our position stronger.

All this rhetoric just trivializes the issue at hand.

You are true Indira also cut my country into half but jumlabaaz has nothing about it.

This country produces nothing but loads of big mouth. It hasn't changed much since 1962.

But India gain independence by begging. So talking has results. Or did Britain, India’s master, conditioned India to only talk the talk but never walk the walk. I guess papa Britain created a wussy country called India.
