Your logic is flawed, as another user said, I think you are confused about the difference in nationality and ethnicity. Of course I am not Kashmiri according to your logic just because I don't live there or have never been there. But I am ethnically Kashmiri.

You have no right to say if I am Kashmiri or not, especially since you are from Azad Kashmir and I have no problem in Azad Kashmir being separate from Jammu and Kashmir, which it is, both culturally and politically.
