So it is pro-Hindu policy. But what about the Muslims who were born in Pakistan or Bangladesh and are oppressed by the government such as the JeI or HeI. Should they not be allowed to go to India and seek refuge just like the Hindus of 1947 and 1971?

since partition happened on religious lines as per demands of Muslim groups and they migrated to the country of their choice they do not have any right to come back as refugee.

Having read the comments of a number of Indians on this forum it seems that they think that India is only for the Hindus. At least accodirng to Nehru and other political leaders India was open to all religions so how can Indian now say that Muslims decided on partition so they should go to Pakistan or Bangladesh. What is the real objective here but to make India a purified Hindu rastra cleansed of the Muslim invaders and centuries of humilation at the more verile and courageous Muslims .....
