How could India help others if it need help. India is getting a lot of assistance from Russia and the US. And couldn't Vietnam get assistance directly from Russia or the US? Why would they need Indian assistance? Sometimes, many Indians in here are so eager to be the big brother to countries in East Asia that it does realize the realities that
1) India is a developing country.
2) Other countries such as the US, Russia, Europe and Japan are way more advance than India that a country like Vietnam won't need any assistance from India. India is in the same level of technology food chain as countries like Vietnam and other African countries. Its pretty much in the bottom.

Come on. China is never affensive at all. Some other countries must submit "China-threaten" to make other counties feel it is ture. Simple example: Look China can invade you any time, China have xxx good flight, so you'd better buy my flight, and buy my ....And I am sure you will be safe.
