South Vietnam liberation Front has been taken power from Saigon govt in 1975. The govt of SVLF has right and responsibility under law to protect sovereignty of South Vietnam. It is transferred to SRV, the new Govt of Vietnamese people.

Name an international scholar that recognizes Van Lang ruling Southern China,while no one denies the existence of Shang and Zhou.
