And i tell u here, ur Vietnamese General: Vo Nguyen Giap was learning military education at China Jiangwutang of Yunnan Army, and 1939 he ever joint revolution movement in China, then 1940 back to N.Vietnam.

China helped Vietnam, OK. But it does not means that Vietnamese must devotees Chinese and does as nothing happens when China invades and robs our territories.

Some Vietnamese old leaders/generals learned in China, OK. But not all of Vietnamese us learned in that country. For us, people who were born after Vietnam-China Border War, all things about China in our eyes are dirty and cruel. Furthermore, the Vietnam-China friendship as you said has passed a long time ago. Nobody cares ur president, i found and read today China main news media like ifeng.com / 163.com / sina.com even offical news like xinhua.com & huanqiu.com(globaltimes), chinadaily.com.cn didn't report anything about Vietnam president visit China. Really nobody cares this guy, a insignificant visit.

If you let your brain work a little bit more you would know why.
First of all your local mainland news paper or online are the tools to control your people thought. Internally your government make Vietnam as your enemy from SCS, what make you think that your government would wanted to let your Mainland Chinese or non spoken foreign language Chinese know that Vietnam President come to visit China. If China let her people know this visit then China have a lot other questions raise by Chinese.

Second President Sang are loosing his grip on Vietnam political power to Prime Minister Dung. President Sang have to use his side which is China to help gain his level of interest.

So if China can careless for Vietnam which I think is good for Vietnam in the long run.

Ok stop this B.S. that China help this, China help that, would think China have the same effect on Vietnam IF the South Vietnam invaded North Vietnam and reunite Vietnam? The answer is no, South Vietnam never like China as of political stand point. So China can not and will not have the same effect on Vietnam IF the South would have won that war.
That's why China decided to help a little and take a lot back China delay delivery of weapons that Russia sent to North Vietnam, China use this delay for reverse engineering Russia weapons.
