Israel Shields Public from Risks of War with Iran

The government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been telling Israelis that Israel can attack Iran with minimal civilian Israeli casualties as a result of retaliation, and that reassuring message appears to have headed off any widespread Israeli fear of war with Iran and other adversaries.

But the message that Iran is too weak to threaten an effective counterattack is contradicted by one of Israel’s leading experts on Iranian missiles and the head of its missile defense program for nearly a decade, who says Iranian missiles are capable of doing significant damage to Israeli targets.

The Israeli population has shown little serious anxiety about the possibility of war with Iran, in large part because they have not been told that it involves a risk of Iranian missiles destroying Israeli neighborhoods and key economic and administrative targets.

"People are not losing sleep over this," Yossi Alpher, a consultant and writer on strategic issues and former director of the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies at Tel Aviv University, told IPS in an interview. "This is not a preoccupation of the public the way the suicide bombers were a decade ago."

Alpher says one reason for the widespread lack of urgency about a possible war with Iran is that the scenarios involving such a war are "so nebulous in the eyes of the public that it’s difficult for them to focus on it."

Aluf Benn, the editor in chief of Ha’aretz, told IPS in an interview, "There is no war mentality," although he added, "that could change overnight." One reason for the relative public calm about the issue, he suggested, is the official view that Iran’s ability to retaliate is "very limited."

Jeffrey Goldberg wrote in Bloomberg Mar. 20 that "Some Israel officials believe Iran’s leaders might choose to play down the insult of a raid and launch a handful of rockets at Tel Aviv as an angry gesture rather than declare all-out war."

But Uzi Rubin, who was in charge of Israel’s missile defence from 1991 to 1999 and presided over the development of the Arrow anti- missile system, has a much more sombre view of Iran’s capabilities.

The "bad news" for Israel, Rubin told IPS in an interview, is that the primary factor affecting Iran’s capability to retaliate is the rapidly declining cost of increased precision in ballistic missiles. Within a very short time, Iran has already improved the accuracy of its missiles from a few kilometers from the target to just a few meters, according to Rubin.

That improvement would give Iran the ability to hit key Israeli economic infrastructure and administrative targets, he said. "I’m asking my military friends how they feel about waging war without electricity," said Rubin.

The consequences of Iranian missile strikes on administrative targets could be even more serious, Rubin believes. "If the civilian government collapses," he said, "the military will find it difficult to wage a war."

Rubin is even worried that, if the accuracy of Iranian missiles improves further, which he believes is "bound to happen," Iran will be able to carry out pinpoint attacks on Israel’s air bases, which are concentrated in just a few places.

Some Israeli analysts have suggested that Israel could hit Iranian missiles in a preemptive strike, but Rubin said Israel can no longer count on being able to hit Iranian missiles before they are launched.

Iran’s longer-range missiles have always been displayed on mobile transporter erector launchers (TELs), as Rubin pointed out in an article in Arms Control Today earlier this year. "The message was clear," Rubin wrote. "Iran’s missile force is fully mobile, hence, not pre-emptable."

Rubin, who has argued for more resources to be devoted to the Arrow anti-missile system, acknowledged that it can only limit the number of missiles that get through. In an e-mail to IPS, he cited the Arrow system’s record of more than 80 percent success in various tests over the years, but also noted that such a record "does not assure an identical success rate in real combat."

The United States and Israel began in 2009 developing a new version of the Arrow missile defense system called "Reshef" – "Flash" – or "Arrow 3," aimed at intercepting Iranian missiles above the atmosphere and farther away from Israeli territory than the earlier version of the Arrow. The new anti-missile system can alter the trajectory of the defensive missile and distinguish decoys from real missile reentry vehicles.

Until last November, the Arrow 3 system was not expected to become operational until 2015. And that plan was regarded by U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) as probably too ambitious, because such a system would normally take a decade from conception to deployment.

But Xinhua news agency reported in November that Israeli Air Force officials said they expected Arrow 3 to become operational by mid-2013, cutting even that abbreviated timeline for development of the system in half.

Nevertheless, the ability of the Arrow 3 system to shoot down an incoming missile still has not been announced, although an Israeli official said Mar. 1 that such a test would take place after the meeting between President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu.

In December 2008, Western intelligence sources were reported by Israel’s Ynet News as saying the improved version of the Shahab 3 missile had gone into production earlier that year and that Iran was believed to be able to produce 75 of the improved missiles annually.

Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi, then IDF chief of staff, told a visiting Congressional delegation in November 2009 that Iran already had 300 missiles capable of hitting Israeli targets, according to a U.S. State Department cable released by WikiLeaks.

Those reports suggest that Iran now has roughly 450 missiles that can reach Israel, half of which are improved models with much greater precision. Even if only one-fifth of those missiles get through Israel’s missile defenses, Israeli cities could be hit by at least 100, most of which are able to hit targets with relative accuracy.

The Netanyahu government has sought to minimise the threat of Iranian retaliation for an Israeli strike against Iran in part by likening war with Iran to those fought against Hezbollah and Palestinian rockets in recent years, which have resulted in relatively few Israeli civilian casualties.

That was the message that Israeli military officials conveyed to the Israeli news media after an escalation of violence between the IDF and Palestinian armed groups in Gaza earlier this month.

Columnist Zvi Barel of Haaretz speculated on Mar. 11 that the purpose of the escalation, provoked by the IDF assassination of Zuhair al- Qaisi, the secretary general of the Popular Resistance Committee in Gaza, was to show the Israeli public that Israeli missile defense system could protect the population against rockets that the IDF linked to Iran.

Barel went even further. "After Iron Dome demonstrated its 95 percent effectiveness," he wrote, "there is no better proof to Israel’s citizens that they will not suffer serious damage following an assault on Iran."

The success of the Iron Dome against short-range rockets from Gaza is irrelevant, however, to what could be expected from a relatively untested Arrow system against Iranian ballistic mis

Gareth Porter does some excellent reporting during his current trip to Israel, where he’s meeting Israeli military and intelligence figures concerning a possible Israeli attack on Iran. He focuses on the lack of Israeli psychological preparation or awareness of the danger they face from an Iranian counter-strike after Israel’s pre-emptive attack.

Neve Gordon reported in Al Jazeera English that Israel assassinated the leader of the Gaza PRC a few weeks ago in order to deliberately provoke a Gaza missile barrage. Bibi wanted to test the Iron Dome missile system in the expectation that its success would further reassure Israelis and his doubting cabinet members, who must vote to approve war, that Israel will remain protected from rockets in the event Iran is attacked. I have a Truthout story being publishing tomorrow that will cover more of this ground.

Arrow 3 Missile (IDF)

Porter notes that Iron Dome will not protect Israel from Iranian missiles. The Arrow system is designed to shoot down the medium and long-range projectiles that Iran would launch. An Israeli missile expert notes that in testing, the Arrow has achieved an 80% success rate (the rate would be lower in battlefield conditions). Iran has around 450 missiles capable of hitting Israel. That means that over 100 missiles would get through Israel’s protective shield. Even if we factor that some of the 450 might be destroyed before launching by Israeli aircraft and that some of the missiles will land harmlessly and miss their target, that still leaves a very significant number that will get through. These are not Qassams we’re talking about. These are missiles packed with lethal warheads that will kill many and cause huge amounts of damage.

The missile expert, Uzi Rubin, says that Iran has improved its accuracy to within “meters” of the target. That means virtually all of Israel’s major infrastructure including power generation, air and seaports, political command and control facilities (the Knesset), and military bases (and the Kirya) would be hit. Add to this, the fact that Hamas and Hezbollah rockets would likely be falling as well. Even with the success of Iron Dome, a significant number of these rockets would get through, adding even more damage. Rubin tellingly says:

”I’m asking my military friends how they feel about waging war without electricity.”

I’m wagering that the Iranian response would give Israelis the shock of a lifetime, putting it mildly. Thousands will die, and as Meir Dagan said, Israel will not be the same country physically or psychologically afterward. Nor has Israel ever had to fight a war under such circumstances. It has never really had an adversary (save in 1948 and possibly 1973) who could put up a real fight and even take the fight to Israel itself.

On a related note, the Israeli right-wing media is full of stories complaining about Mark Perry’s terrific Foreign Policy expose of Israel’s shady dealings in Azerbaijan, which have likely led to an agreement to use its airspace and airfield as part of the plan to attack Iran. These media outlets seem to be in high dudgeon (Dan Margalit in Yisrael HaYom says the Americans are “shooting at Israel&#8221 that the Obama administration is using Mark and others to relay its extreme discomfort and displeasure with Israel’s machination both in Azerbaijan and relating to a strike on Iran itself. The Jerusalem Post headline reads:

The columnist kvetches about Perry’s report:

There was something off-putting about the whole tone of the piece, as if the bad guy in this story were not Iran, for trying to acquire nuclear weapons, but Israel…

These…stories are…fed by sources intent on sending a clear message: Do not attack.

Gee, whadaya know? The U.S. has the chutzpah to worry about Israel throwing a lit match onto the tinderbox that is the current Middle East, and there’s something “off-putting” about that. As if our job and the job of the rest of the world is simply to understand Israel’s motives and interests and then get out of the way.

I find it humorous that Israel’s prime minister and defense minister are entitled to leak like a sieve to Israeli and world media about their war plans and yet the U.S., chas v’chalilah, has a hidden agenda when it does the same. No one, after all is allowed to have hidden agendas except Israeli prime ministers intent on attacking their neighbors.

Without justifying the Hamas’s actions, they did what they did for political reasons but the Rubin family’s actions, were committed purely for reasons of personal GREED.

Brief overview:
Uzi Rubin is Israel’s leading missile defense expert. Uzi travels all over the world representing Israel and speaks on their behalf, regarding the most sensitive matters and advises the world on how to deal with the Iranian threat. Uzi’s wife Ilana, is a psychologist who runs a hospital for elderly people in her home town. These vulnerable elderly patients, depend on her care 24 hours a day. Ilana is an expert at accessing patients and administering pills for these people who put their life in her hands. Uzi’s son is named Amir, he works as a doctor in Jerusalem. They have 2 other successful sons however their youngest son Elad, had always been a huge disappointment and a major problem to the Rubin family. Elad had a mediocre part time job in Jerusalem, he then met our daughter Ruth in 2007 and quickly married her after falling in love, (with her family’s successful business). Using Uzi’s connections, Elad immediately forced Ruth’s family out of the business and started court procedures against them, after just four months of dating. After being investigated by the British Police for fraud and corruption, Elad then changed the name of the business to Activas and started using the fake name of Benjamin Rubin. Aside from this small issue, the Rubin Family is highly regarded in Israel and respected throughout the world.
The reality:
Uzi Rubin and his family are the most evil and disgusting family in Israel. They are liars who are extremely greedy. Uzi Rubin is involved with the most sickening crime that any human being could be involved with. Uzi arranged for our son and brother Isaac to be kidnapped from his home in Bournemouth, England over 3 years ago back in January 2009. Isaac had lived with his family for 30 years and was well cared for. Uzi hid Isaac from his mum and dad in a secret location in London. Isaac was used to support the Rubin family’s court case against us. It took us 3 years and thousands of pounds to find him. We finally got our son Isaac back from Uzi Rubin and his family’s evil clutches on the 24th of May and were absolutely horrified at what we discovered; Isaac was on the verge of suicide.
Uzi Rubin used his entire family for this vile operation. He used his wife Ilana Rubin to examine Isaac for the first time in her hospital, named Beit Wiesel based in Gedera. Uzi then sent his son Amir (who is a doctor) to leave his surgery in Jerusalem and travel to the UK, especially to examine Isaac. This “professional examination” was carried out in a restaurant, without Isaac even knowing he was being examined. Once Uzi’s wife and his son Amir had laid the groundwork, his younger son Elad took over. He registered Isaac as a mental patient without Isaac’s knowledge or approval.
When Isaac arrived in London he demonstrated his loyalty to us by threatening Elad and trying to leave, this terrified Uzi Rubin and his family. It caused them all to panic, they used every tactic in the book to trick Isaac in to staying. The Rubin family applied so much pressure on our daughter Ruth (wife of Elad), that she nearly suffered a nervous breakdown. Ruth literally had to beg Isaac to stay. Ruth was so petrified by Uzi Rubin’s instructions, that she cried to Isaac and begged him to see a doctor. Ruth herself had been admitted to a mental hospital in 2004, she has never recovered from this. After much of Ruth’s crying and pleading, Isaac finally agreed to see a doctor. Elad’s big brother Amir the doctor, then came to save the day. They all met with Isaac in Solly’s café/restaurant in Golder’s Green, London, around February 2009. Like a true snake, Amir sat opposite a trusting Isaac, pretending to be his friend but was secretly assessing Isaac’s medical condition. Amir then reported back to his deranged brother Elad. Then Elad practically forced Isaac to see an NHS doctor and abused Isaac’s trust to a near fatal degree. This was Isaac’s punishment for putting his life in the Rubin Family’s hands.
Acting on the Rubin’s information, the NHS then prescribed Isaac the strongest, most destructive anti depressant pills, that provide deadly side effects and are capable of destroying a person in 3 months. The Rubin family insisted that Isaac take them for over 2 and a half years. When we finally found Isaac in Golders Green in London and looked at him for the first time in 3 years, we nearly collapsed. We absolutely could not even recognize Isaac. We had witnessed the most shocking change in a human beings appearance in record time. Only an unbelievably cruel family like the Rubin’s, with Uzi as the head of the family, could achieve such a result. To see Isaac like that, was the most frightful change in a human being that you could imagine, even the Nazi’s could not do this to their own family, the way the Rubin’s did to ours. Uzi Rubin used Isaac for his cold blooded plan, so that he could gain all 3 of our homes and a ready made business for his son Elad to walk right in to. By using Isaac as a scapegoat, Uzi managed to gain freezing court orders on 3 houses.
Uzi Rubin and his family treated Isaac worse than a dog. They turned a blind eye while Isaac was living in the most appalling conditions. Uzi and his family never allowed Isaac to sleep over and almost never let him visit their home. Uzi’s son Elad only ever visited Isaac outside and only when it suited him. Elad made Isaac feel like he was doing him a massive favor and that Isaac was so fortunate to spend any time with him, “Elad the big businessman”. Uzi and his family kept telling Isaac that he was a free man but in actual fact, they were controlling him in the most regimental and cruel fashion. A few months after Isaac moved to London, Uzi Rubin left Israel and all his responsibilities, and flew to England with his wife Ilana (leaving her hospital) to examine our son Isaac and check that the toxic pills were doing their job. Isaac had been to Israel under the Rubin’s careful watch and brought to Ilana’s hospital in Gedera. In the three years that Ilana and Uzi “knew” Isaac, they barely spoke more than a few words to him. Isaac was merely a lab rat for the Rubin Family. I urge Uzi to check his family tree, which is deeply rooted in Germany and Austria. If he looks hard enough in to the Rubin Family’s origins, he will certainly discover somewhere down the line, that his family posses REAL NAZI BLOOD. There is no way in hell, that a real Jewish family, would be anywhere near capable of what the Rubin Family is capable of.
Isaac is more than eager to reveal all and will be making an affidavit including every little detail, involving all the Rubin’s sadistic activities. The Rubin Family will be astonished at how much Isaac knows, his memory is exceptionally sharp and always has been the best in our family. Uzi Rubin severely underestimated Isaac but he will soon realize, that his intelligence and strength, is far greater than the Rubin’s. His potential is unlimited and stretches way beyond the dark hole Uzi and his family tried to condemn him to.
Now that we have Isaac back with us, we are greatly concerned for Ruth, more than ever. We are now aware from what we heard from our son Isaac and what we notice when we have to face Ruth in court, is that she is in an extremely critical condition. Uzi and his family are applying such huge pressure on Ruth to take pills. We are very worried, especially after the evidence of what Uzi's family can do to someone living under their ”care”, they almost killed our son!! When we see Ruth in court, she always seems heavily drugged and she never expresses ordinary human emotions. Of course, this behavior comes completely natural to the Rubin family but Ruth relies heavily on pills, to deal with what Uzi and his family is forcing her to do to her own family. The Rubin Family’s Nazi style experiment on Ruth, reached an ugly climax when we attended court for the first time. We had not seen Ruth in 3 years and this certainly was a strange way to meet her. We waited in the courtroom for Ruth to arrive. Once Ruth walked in to the courtroom her mother, who was extremely emotional, rushed over to hug her, as is the natural instinct of a mother. At the sight of this, Elad pulled Ruth away in fury. This was all too much for Ruth’s mother who never fell out with Ruth and loved her with all her heart. She fainted and collapsed on the floor holding her heart and couldn’t breathe. We begged Ruth to come to see her mother but Elad Rubin blocked her and guided her out of the courtroom. As the court area was so narrow, Ruth almost stood on her mother who was lying on the floor. Ruth looked at Elad and nodded at him as if to say, so, did I pass Uzi Rubin’s test? The ambulance came and took Ruth’s mother to hospital for the 3rd time since Ruth ran away. This was all recorded by the courtroom camera and documented. While on the way to the hospital, we received a phone call from Elad’s lawyer. We assumed he was calling to ask how Ruth's mother was doing. It turned out he just wanted to change the date of the next court, as Elad had other commitments on that date. This was the only call we ever received. Ruth is now a zombie, ready to do whatever Uzi Rubin and his family says, once they’re through with her, we fear that her fate, could be even worse than Isaac’s. We are only just starting to learn and trying to understand, the Rubin Family’s behavior, especially how they always rely on medicine, "psychological treatments", injections and pills but are completely lacking, emotion, heart and humanity. Just picture the soulless nurse Mildred Ratched, from the famous movie “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest” and you will understand the Rubin’s cruel mentality.
We tried to appeal to members of the Israeli Parliament and even appealed to President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Netanyahu. When they heard that missile expert Uzi Rubin is involved with Isaac’s abduction, they didn’t want to know. Of course now things have got well out of hand. Uzi Rubin the man who loves to speak on behalf of Israel for defense matters, may now possibly be arrested by the British Police for serious criminal offences. Uzi’s vicious operation and plan, was to use another human beings life, as if he were nothing more than a disposable object. All this was done in the cruelest way, so that Isaac would be sacrificed for Uzi’s young son Elad, who represented Uzi and the “master race” and so that Uzi could have everything from us. I hope at last somebody from the Israeli Parliament or from religious communities in Israel, will talk to Uzi Rubin and his family and insist for them to come clean, before Israel faces a very big scandal involving other senior figures.
For all Uzi Rubin and his family’s lies and sneaky tactics, I’m afraid the games up. This time we have all the proof we need, of Uzi Rubin’s plan to destroy Isaac and of his family’s involvement. We have all the text messages from Uzi’s son Elad, instructing Isaac to take the toxic pills. We have copies of requests from Elad Rubin to Dr Wolfman, for a prescription of a month’s supply of antidepressants for Isaac. Isaac is now well aware of the deadly position he was in and that the people he trusted and thought were his best friends, were actually his worst enemies, actively seeking to destroy him and with frightening rapidity. Isaac was absolutely starved of care, thank G-d we his family were sent to save him in time. Isaac is now a genuinely free man and is absolutely sick with anger at the betrayal he suffered at the hands of Uzi Rubin and his family. The damage that they did to him, will take years to repair. We are sending a picture of Isaac before Uzi kidnapped him and another picture of the day we found him. We have a letter from Uzi stating that if we don’t return all the Rubin Family’s money, then we will never see Isaac again. We have more than 50 messages from Elad, instructing Isaac to take the poison antidepressant pills that were killing him. In other words, we finally have everything we need to convict Uzi and his family, of their sick, inhuman and atrocious crimes.

We are not saying this in the Rubin Family’s style (lying), to gain a position in court. We are stating a fact. It is obvious that Elad has invited animosity since he was a child. We are now well aware of the bullying that Elad had faced at school, he was nearly beaten to death and has never gotten over it. This psychological disease is deadly, it has never been addressed and Elad has been carrying it around all his life. Elad mother Ilana is a fully qualified psychologist but had far more important issues to deal with at her hospital (Beit Weisel), than to be there for her own son, no wonder Elad turned out the way he did. We have all witnessed the extreme evil that bullied children are capable of, as was evident during an American high school shooting a few years ago by 2 “victims” wearing trench coats and laughing as they shot down and faced their “bullies”. When you have somebody like Elad, who was not born with one good bone in his body, then combine¬ it with the effects of bullying, you then have a recipe for disaster. Elad’s mother Ilana has failed dreadfully at raising him. The fact that Elad’s perception of reality is so clearly distorted, is evident in his aggression and frustration at what has happened to him. In Elad’s twisted mind, taking on an innocent family, is the only way to deal with his past but astonishingly, his family are encouraging him and helping him to lie, cheat and steal, all while fully aware of his illness. Elad’s parents should have taught him to deal with his bullies like a real man but instead they showed him the only way they know, the Rubin’s way (the coward’s way).
One thing you can be certain of is that every single person, will soon know all about the evil, greed and betrayal of the Rubin’s.

Ilana is an expert at accessing patients and administering pills for these people who put their life in her hands. Uzi’s son is named Amir, he works as a doctor in Jerusalem. They have 2 other successful sons however their youngest son Elad, had always been a huge disappointment and a major problem to the Rubin family. Elad had a mediocre part time job in Jerusalem, he then met our daughter Ruth in 2007 and quickly married her after falling in love, (with her family’s successful business). Using Uzi’s connections, Elad immediately forced Ruth’s family out of the business and started court procedures against them, after just four months of dating. After being investigated by the British Police for fraud and corruption, Elad then changed the name of the business to Activas and started using the fake name of Benjamin Rubin. Aside from this small issue, the Rubin Family is highly regarded in Israel and respected throughout the world.
The reality:
Uzi Rubin and his family are the most evil and disgusting family in Israel. They are liars who are extremely greedy. Uzi Rubin is involved with the most sickening crime that any human being could be involved with. Uzi arranged for our son and brother Isaac to be kidnapped from his home in Bournemouth, England over 3 years ago back in January 2009. Isaac had lived with his family for 30 years and was well cared for. Uzi hid Isaac from his mum and dad in a secret location in London. Isaac was used to support the Rubin family’s court case against us. It took us 3 years and thousands of pounds to find him. We finally got our son Isaac back from Uzi Rubin and his family’s evil clutches on the 24th of May and were absolutely horrified at what we discovered; Isaac was on the verge of suicide.
Uzi Rubin used his entire family for this vile operation. He used his wife Ilana Rubin to examine Isaac for the first time in her hospital, named Beit Wiesel based in Gedera. Uzi then sent his son Amir (who is a doctor) to leave his surgery in Jerusalem and travel to the UK, especially to examine Isaac. This “professional examination” was carried out in a restaurant, without Isaac even knowing he was being examined. Once Uzi’s wife and his son Amir had laid the groundwork, his younger son Elad took over. He registered Isaac as a mental patient without Isaac’s knowledge or approval.
When Isaac arrived in London he demonstrated his loyalty to us by threatening Elad and trying to leave, this terrified Uzi Rubin and his family. It caused them all to panic, they used every tactic in the book to trick Isaac in to staying. The Rubin family applied so much pressure on our daughter Ruth (wife of Elad), that she nearly suffered a nervous breakdown. Ruth literally had to beg Isaac to stay. Ruth was so petrified by Uzi Rubin’s instructions, that she cried to Isaac and begged him to see a doctor. Ruth herself had been admitted to a mental hospital in 2004, she has never recovered from this. After much of Ruth’s crying and pleading, Isaac finally agreed to see a doctor. Elad’s big brother Amir the doctor, then came to save the day. They all met with Isaac in Solly’s café/restaurant in Golder’s Green, London, around February 2009. Like a true snake, Amir sat opposite a trusting Isaac, pretending to be his friend but was secretly assessing Isaac’s medical condition. Amir then reported back to his deranged brother Elad. Then Elad practically forced Isaac to see an NHS doctor and abused Isaac’s trust to a near fatal degree. This was Isaac’s punishment for putting his life in the Rubin Family’s hands.
Acting on the Rubin’s information, the NHS then prescribed Isaac the strongest, most destructive anti depressant pills, that provide deadly side effects and are capable of destroying a person in 3 months. The Rubin family insisted that Isaac take them for over 2 and a half years. When we finally found Isaac in Golders Green in London and looked at him for the first time in 3 years, we nearly collapsed. We absolutely could not even recognize Isaac. We had witnessed the most shocking change in a human beings appearance in record time. Only an unbelievably cruel family like the Rubin’s, with Uzi as the head of the family, could achieve such a result. To see Isaac like that, was the most frightful change in a human being that you could imagine, even the Nazi’s could not do this to their own family, the way the Rubin’s did to ours. Uzi Rubin used Isaac for his cold blooded plan, so that he could gain all 3 of our homes and a ready made business for his son Elad to walk right in to. By using Isaac as a scapegoat, Uzi managed to gain freezing court orders on 3 houses.
Uzi Rubin and his family treated Isaac worse than a dog. They turned a blind eye while Isaac was living in the most appalling conditions. Uzi and his family never allowed Isaac to sleep over and almost never let him visit their home. Uzi’s son Elad only ever visited Isaac outside and only when it suited him. Elad made Isaac feel like he was doing him a massive favor and that Isaac was so fortunate to spend any time with him, “Elad the big businessman”. Uzi and his family kept telling Isaac that he was a free man but in actual fact, they were controlling him in the most regimental and cruel fashion. A few months after Isaac moved to London, Uzi Rubin left Israel and all his responsibilities, and flew to England with his wife Ilana (leaving her hospital) to examine our son Isaac and check that the toxic pills were doing their job. Isaac had been to Israel under the Rubin’s careful watch and brought to Ilana’s hospital in Gedera. In the three years that Ilana and Uzi “knew” Isaac, they barely spoke more than a few words to him. Isaac was merely a lab rat for the Rubin Family. I urge Uzi to check his family tree, which is deeply rooted in Germany and Austria. If he looks hard enough in to the Rubin Family’s origins, he will certainly discover somewhere down the line, that his family posses REAL NAZI BLOOD. There is no way in hell, that a real Jewish family, would be anywhere near capable of what the Rubin Family is capable of.
Isaac is more than eager to reveal all and will be making an affidavit including every little detail, involving all the Rubin’s sadistic activities. The Rubin Family will be astonished at how much Isaac knows, his memory is exceptionally sharp and always has been the best in our family. Uzi Rubin severely underestimated Isaac but he will soon realize, that his intelligence and strength, is far greater than the Rubin’s. His potential is unlimited and stretches way beyond the dark hole Uzi and his family tried to condemn him to.
Now that we have Isaac back with us, we are greatly concerned for Ruth, more than ever. We are now aware from what we heard from our son Isaac and what we notice when we have to face Ruth in court, is that she is in an extremely critical condition. Uzi and his family are applying such huge pressure on Ruth to take pills. We are very worried, especially after the evidence of what Uzi's family can do to someone living under their ”care”, they almost killed our son!! When we see Ruth in court, she always seems heavily drugged and she never expresses ordinary human emotions. Of course, this behavior comes completely natural to the Rubin family but Ruth relies heavily on pills, to deal with what Uzi and his family is forcing her to do to her own family. The Rubin Family’s Nazi style experiment on Ruth, reached an ugly climax when we attended court for the first time. We had not seen Ruth in 3 years and this certainly was a strange way to meet her. We waited in the courtroom for Ruth to arrive. Once Ruth walked in to the courtroom her mother, who was extremely emotional, rushed over to hug her, as is the natural instinct of a mother. At the sight of this, Elad pulled Ruth away in fury. This was all too much for Ruth’s mother who never fell out with Ruth and loved her with all her heart. She fainted and collapsed on the floor holding her heart and couldn’t breathe. We begged Ruth to come to see her mother but Elad Rubin blocked her and guided her out of the courtroom. As the court area was so narrow, Ruth almost stood on her mother who was lying on the floor. Ruth looked at Elad and nodded at him as if to say, so, did I pass Uzi Rubin’s test? The ambulance came and took Ruth’s mother to hospital for the 3rd time since Ruth ran away. This was all recorded by the courtroom camera and documented. While on the way to the hospital, we received a phone call from Elad’s lawyer. We assumed he was calling to ask how Ruth's mother was doing. It turned out he just wanted to change the date of the next court, as Elad had other commitments on that date. This was the only call we ever received. Ruth is now a zombie, ready to do whatever Uzi Rubin and his family says, once they’re through with her, we fear that her fate, could be even worse than Isaac’s. We are only just starting to learn and trying to understand, the Rubin Family’s behavior, especially how they always rely on medicine, "psychological treatments", injections and pills but are completely lacking, emotion, heart and humanity. Just picture the soulless nurse Mildred Ratched, from the famous movie “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest” and you will understand the Rubin’s cruel mentality.
We tried to appeal to members of the Israeli Parliament and even appealed to President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Netanyahu. When they heard that missile expert Uzi Rubin is involved with Isaac’s abduction, they didn’t want to know. Of course now things have got well out of hand. Uzi Rubin the man who loves to speak on behalf of Israel for defense matters, may now possibly be arrested by the British Police for serious criminal offences. Uzi’s vicious operation and plan, was to use another human beings life, as if he were nothing more than a disposable object. All this was done in the cruelest way, so that Isaac would be sacrificed for Uzi’s young son Elad, who represented Uzi and the “master race” and so that Uzi could have everything from us. I hope at last somebody from the Israeli Parliament or from religious communities in Israel, will talk to Uzi Rubin and his family and insist for them to come clean, before Israel faces a very big scandal involving other senior figures.
For all Uzi Rubin and his family’s lies and sneaky tactics, I’m afraid the games up. This time we have all the proof we need, of Uzi Rubin’s plan to destroy Isaac and of his family’s involvement. We have all the text messages from Uzi’s son Elad, instructing Isaac to take the toxic pills. We have copies of requests from Elad Rubin to Dr Wolfman, for a prescription of a month’s supply of antidepressants for Isaac. Isaac is now well aware of the deadly position he was in and that the people he trusted and thought were his best friends, were actually his worst enemies, actively seeking to destroy him and with frightening rapidity. Isaac was absolutely starved of care, thank G-d we his family were sent to save him in time. Isaac is now a genuinely free man and is absolutely sick with anger at the betrayal he suffered at the hands of Uzi Rubin and his family. The damage that they did to him, will take years to repair. We are sending a picture of Isaac before Uzi kidnapped him and another picture of the day we found him. We have a letter from Uzi stating that if we don’t return all the Rubin Family’s money, then we will never see Isaac again. We have more than 50 messages from Elad, instructing Isaac to take the poison antidepressant pills that were killing him. In other words, we finally have everything we need to convict Uzi and his family, of their sick, inhuman and atrocious crimes.

UZI RUBIN’S YOUNGEST SON ELAD NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION URGENTLY!!!
We are not saying this in the Rubin Family’s style (lying), to gain a position in court. We are stating a fact. It is obvious that Elad has invited animosity since he was a child. We are now well aware of the bullying that Elad had faced at school, he was nearly beaten to death and has never gotten over it. This psychological disease is deadly, it has never been addressed and Elad has been carrying it around all his life. Elad mother Ilana is a fully qualified psychologist but had far more important issues to deal with at her hospital (Beit Weisel), than to be there for her own son, no wonder Elad turned out the way he did. We have all witnessed the extreme evil that bullied children are capable of, as was evident during an American high school shooting a few years ago by 2 “victims” wearing trench coats and laughing as they shot down and faced their “bullies”. When you have somebody like Elad, who was not born with one good bone in his body, then combine¬ it with the effects of bullying, you then have a recipe for disaster. Elad’s mother Ilana has failed dreadfully at raising him. The fact that Elad’s perception of reality is so clearly distorted, is evident in his aggression and frustration at what has happened to him. In Elad’s twisted mind, taking on an innocent family, is the only way to deal with his past but astonishingly, his family are encouraging him and helping him to lie, cheat and steal, all while fully aware of his illness. Elad’s parents should have taught him to deal with his bullies like a real man but instead they showed him the only way they know, the Rubin’s way (the coward’s way).
One thing you can be certain of is that every single person, will soon know all about the evil, greed and betrayal of the Rubin’s.
