It was just speculation based on the ACM's actual comments. In the video he said that there are talks with 2-3 countries for a 5th-generation fighter, which I and several others found curious because he then went on to mention that PAC would develop the PAF's next-gen fighter. So just wondered, as a question, "could ACM Sohail Aman have also meant 4.5 gen fighters?" We can speculate, but we all know he wasn't talking to a defence journalist like Alan Warnes or a defence expert, so maybe he had to make an off-the-shelf purchase sound like a big deal. Alternatively, he might have literally meant that a 5th gen fighter will be imported. We will have to wait and see, and I believe here or elsewhere I mentioned that we should wait for Alan Warnes to come up with a PAF article to explain.

We are going in a very very wrong direction here.

I wish and request that people like you, Sir @fatman17 @Irfan Baloch @Oscar @TaimiKhan can spend some more time on the forum to give our members some direction. I am sorry when i say and admit that although that responsibility was transferred to us we seem to be failing here. Will still need help from you people to get things back to the level where they were and where they SHOULD BE. The only comfort i can find is in the fact that we do try at least @HRK @Dazzler @Slav Defence @waz @WAJsal .

the guy needs to go, he talk too much nonsense and has more sources than the cia. not every visit is because of a sale of high end kit.

NO. That is a breech pure and simple. If info needs to be made public then there is press for that. These defence organisations have public relations who can let the public know when required after clearances.

90 % of people lack interest in defense so this news doesn't matter to them so no question of sharing those who have if they want to share many times they are allowed.Many of things which PAF doesn't consider that secret are more secret considered by members of this forum for no reason.

There's been news running on channels that Acm met prime minister in early morning, the statement by PM is that he assured all financial support for PAF whenever required, what ACM been doing early with PM for funds must be cooked and ready. My guess is Jordanian F-16s are being sought out as I saw a video on YouTube new one that 16 F- soola are ready to be sold to PAF waiting USA go ahead. These birds are mlued and not adf like previous ones, 15 are single seat and one two seater. I hope it's all done and ready for delivery with payment being sought by ACM. Why afraid of mentioning this much? I mean, you do not want to misguide people deliberately right? or do you? so if not, do mentioned that what you "know for certain" you came to know about it on Facebook and then let the people make up there own mind. Fair enough??? They have a right to decide for themselves right? so just mention that FB connection in all those "100% authentic claims"

Rafale or not but Dassault Aviation 2nd or 3rd major guy was part of the delegation along with other defence guys I think one was also from that company which designed FREMM Class Frigates and one other rest were economy guys

alan warnes is a credible source as he seems to like pakistan and has genuine contacts there. messiah , billalkhan777, ghazi786, oscar, and a couple others i cant remember are good sources, the rest is a load of rubbish zarvan is in a league of his own.
