Use of Chemical Weapons by India

A lot of countries actually believe those allegations. LeT was declared a terrorist organization, Hafiz Saeed was declared a terrorist and so on, all on Indian allegations.

But the Pakistani allegation about chemical weapon use, no one believed it, not even the Pakistanis, they would have pursued it otherwise.

If believing is evidence than.... why object to what Nawaz Sharif believe?

And you didn't read that India signed the CWC treaty in 1993 and disclosed that they have chemical weapons in 1997. Don't tell me that great and loyal Indian Army hid it from its government for four long years. Or was it that the Indian Army did not know that have a large stockpile of chemical weapons in 1993.

If India could lie about the existence of chemical weapons to the world, even after signing the CWC treaty, India could deny much more as it has done it on many occasions before and after as well.

Going by your posts it seem you have a problem in comprehending the English language.

I had asked for BBC link which proves that India attacked Pakistani soldiers and Kashmiris with Chemical weapons. However, the link which OP provided doesn't proves it.

I already mentioned that i don't know the contents of link

PS: But one can expect anything from Baniyas

No you have those because you kill polio workers hence why Pakistan is last 3 countries left with these illness

We are actually spending money on polio vaccine, but lot of Indinas in Afghanistan with there friends of northern alliance have waged are running biological warfare against Pakistan, since last few years.

If you want to compare, In 2006 Pakistan was far ahead of India in polio eradication and there was not a single case until, you Indians joined hand with northern alliance drug lords.

Pakistan denied for years that it had nuclear weapons, yet a few days after India tested(which also denied existence), Pakistan was able to test. Pakistani generals have been making statements that they had weapons since the late 1980's. Liars...eh? Don't be silly, non disclosure of weapons hardly constitutes a grave crime. India did declare when it needed to. To read more is to really stretch it. pointless & best to cut your losses here. Not much of a case to prosecute.

India publicly threatened to not ratify the treaty if the U.S. did not sign. Hardly something that suggests subterfuge.

Ahh, but you forget that neither Pakistan nor India had signed the NPT. India in this case had signed the CWC and denied that they have chemical weapons. There is a difference here, no matter how subtle it may be for the Indians to ignore.

After many years of denying the existence of a chemical weapons program, India disclosed in June 1997 that it possessed chemical weapons. Under the terms of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), which India signed in 1993 and ratified in September 1996, India had destroyed approximately 75 percent of its stockpile of Schedule 1 chemicals by the end of 2006. In March 2009, India announced that it had destroyed all of its chemical weapons stocks in accordance with the CWC.

However, India used chemical weapons against freedom fighters in Indian Occupied Kashmir and attacked Pakistani posts on the LOC with chemical artillery shells.

India also possess Biological weapons and considering its previous record, there always is a possibility that India might use it again or provide chemical and biological weapons it to the terrorists for use clandestinely. In 1999, former Biopreparat first deputy chief Ken Alibek asserted in his book Biohazard that during a trip to India, he saw indications of a possible biological weapons program. Alibek states that increased security at certain Indian facilities convinces him that India is developing these weapons.

In July 1999, according to unidentified Pakistani sources, India has started preparations to develop biological weapons. According to these sources, it is receiving help from Israel, along with unidentified German and Bulgarian companies. The sources also state that India will use these weapons to avert the use of nuclear weapons. This was posted at http://nlp.stanford.edu/projects/infer/data/byformat/kbe/cns.kbe.xml

In January 2001, the US Department of Defense reported that India has many qualified scientists, numerous biological and pharmaceutical production facilities, and biocontainment facilities suitable for research and development of dangerous pathogens. The report also states that at least some of these facilities are being used to support research and development for biological warfare (BW) defense work.

While the world is deliberating the use of chemical weapons by Syria, we must not forget the India had earlier lied about possession of chemical and biological weapons and is conducting further research on these weapons. India has also used chemical weapons in Kashmir, reportedly in NE India and against Pakistan.

DENGUE

Biological Weapons:

The Indian biotechnology private sector is highly sophisticated and the government conducts defensive biological weapons research. No evidence points to an offensive weapons program.

Chemical Weapons:

India has destroyed over half of its declared 1,055 metric tons of chemical weapon stockpiles. India’s destruction deadline is April 2009. Indian industry exports precursor and dual-use chemicals and the armed forces operate an active chemical weapons defense program.
