No one is saying Seljuks were not Turks. They were Iranian Turks. You can be both a Turk and Iranian, one does not exclude the other.

Even Safavids first king Shah Ismail Khetai made the Turkish language main language.. he wrote poems in Turkish.. who actually spreaded Shia Origin of Islam to attract army to go against Ag qoyunlular(Uzun Hasan) which means white ships, long Hasan who was 220cm according to some sources

Shah Ismail never made Turkish the main language stop lying, he wrote his poetry in Farsi just like any other Persian Shah before him. Why would he make Turkish the main language? He didn't even speak the language. He spoke Azeri, Persian and Kurdish.

Bullshit again. I am from Urmia and can confirm you will hear no bad words if you speak Farsi. Its actually quite the opposite as speaking Farsi means you are probably educated, if anything you will get positive views. And nobody sings about Turkey in the video you mentioned. As for saving, Arabs would have defeated the Crusaders with or without Salah ad-Din eventually as they did in many previous and later battles.

Just like the Mongols were eventually defeated by Arabs on Arab land. As every other invader, most recently Westerners (France in Algeria) after a heroic uprising against all odds.

You mention it write, it was mentioned thousands year ago.. they just gave that name after Turkmenchay.. when 1736 when last Turkish Safavids king killed by his person (Vezir) and all north Azerbaijani cities declare independence and say they will not be part of Iran and new Farsi king..
He attack all those cities, keep encircled cities more than 2 month could not occupy them. At the end decide to go to Tbilisi. Burn the city down. Russian king get notified that all cities became another sultanat(country todays saying) and suffered a lot from circled by Iranian king, its the time to attack. Their advantage was the artillery system they got from west. They started to destroy all those towns one by one and when they reach Araz river, they make deal with Iran to divide the region to two part.(last deal was in 1828) Northen Azerbaijan to Russia and South Azerbaijan in Iran.

Then northen Azerbaijan declare independence in 1918 to 1920 when Armenia had protests planned by Russia. All army went there and Russia just landed to Baku from sea without any defence at all. Because, they could defend it, Ottoman would come to help as they did in 1905 to 1918..

It might be complicated but i wanted those know what happened to Azerbaijan.
