Obviously Mr Obama has seen his popularity go sky high after the Abbottabad raid but because his popularity is going downwards again, he can depend on more Rambo style raids into Pakistan to boost his poll ratings and he knows Pakistan is not going to retaliate. Obama's ratings go up and he becomes popular when he is seen as attacking muslim targets in far away continents (the muslim bit is probably irrelevant).

Obama never said about returning to '67 borders. You have read news wrong or could not clearly understand what was being said. What Obama said was that '67 borders should be used as a starting point for negotiations, which, obviously, Israel rejects vehemently. Netanyahu made his point, but so did Obama the day before. You might also be surprised that Obama still enjoys the majority of Jewish-American support despite this recent statement. If you had any understanding of the matter, you would realize the significance of this show of support.

yeah the latest news on the financial front is that the US just hit the 14.29 trillion dollar debt ceiling and talk of default is in the air so all this is part of the attempt at turning the public away from the real issues

I dare say that UN should pass resolution to allow attacks on terrorists in Pakistan (but one should have supporting evidence that the Pakistani govt. had been informed and wasn't acting on the information , so matters had to be taken into our own hands.)

Doesn't the so-called sovereignty get violated when people like Osama live in a cantonment area for years.... We should do what we can do to eliminate the Jihadist elements which are a cause of misery to this planet.

Yes, everyone is aware of this piece of information. That is what makes the headlines daily, that is what Americans are informed about daily and not Obama's statements on Pakistan or the raid. Foreign policy does not make or break US domestic politics. "Its the economy dummy!"

That day is not far, No one need evidence and proof. If someone veto the resolution they dont care as they do in other cases. They ignore the UN and strike. UN is US puppet.

But i thing that last alternative Pakistan had already decided to succumb to US and attack NW and eliminate terrorist thats the best way to save their country and is going to happen.
