No way. UPA has strangled the growth of India-US relations with all types of hurdles. Be it not signing these agreements or the Liability clause for the Nuclear reactors.

We are still suspectfull of the US India relations. That's y we do not buy major equipments with US. And I cannot blame the UPA for that. Its not as if US and India were lovers and we broke up with them.
UPA for its credit did all the foundations for a better relation. And GoI stance and policies will be politically neutral. BJP didnt scrap the FDI in retail as promised.
