Then its not aid, it is America's war bill! We should recover this money out of Afghanistan then, hold all their inbound goods, till they pay up.

The sooner the US stops all kind of aid, the more benifit & betterment for Pakistan.

Also Pakistan must impose tax on NATO convoy's because Pakistan loose alot due to these convoys. Impose tax for using ports, using roads(per KM), heavy tolls etc & should be per truck.

Pakistan should continue with this idea for the common people also. Roads, highways, ports, income everything should be taxed. Then there will be no need of Aid.

It is not the problem of Aid..Its the problem created by politicians. The US cannot distribute money directly to the people. Its the job of Pak administration.IMO

You can not, under WTO rules ..you can not impose tax on goods for a landlocked neighboring country.

People here questioning, why doesnot US money reaches Pakistani public because 70% of all the money(which US gives you) goes to your armed forces...rest 30% left gets distibuted amongst various infrastructure projects.

Well can't say because this cheap animals PPP could do anything. But if their heart is clean than it won't happen as it didn't happened in 90's when Pakistan was hit by heavy international sanctions & received 0 penny from outside world.

And Pakistan can impose heavy tax on supplies & convoys pass through Pakistan this will give more money than aid in respectable manners.

This is good for Pakistan to enhance and fix our tax collection system. US military equipment cannot be relied on due to interruptions in sustained delivery of parts by the US over the past 5 decades. Having sanction prone equipment is a No-No even to start with.
