They have already been vetoed the usa cannot do anything other then watch even if it has any kind of proof, Syria won't become another Libya, Russia is determined to ensure that.

They presented it last time and was vetoed, the USA had everyone siding with it on the last meeting and it was stilled vetoed, a single vote by any UNSC member will stop any resolution.

You must not be thinking clearly they vetoed the the other times in the council a major resolution Both the Russians and Chinese will VETOED again Russia won't lose it's naval base get that through your thick skull.

1. US said they had evidence about Bin Laden, Afghanistan was attacked. US lied about the evidence.

The momentum toward open conflict is irresistable now. Let's see how the newest S-300 series perform against Western air strikes! In fact, it would be even better if Iran not only made nukes for itself, but also give a few nukes to Syria. They border Israel and can deliver it more effectively.
