US declassifies its strategy to use India against China

So far it’s just been bullshit. Trump continued to cancel H1B visas, corporations are not moving to India because of terrible infrastructure and labor issues, India’s economy is crashing and now it will face a hostile rival that is far more powerful. So yes India thought it would be rewarded but in reality, the pain it will feel will be far more than any gains. India’s leaders miscalculated big time.

Investors also see how Indian workers are treated by contractors and sub-contractors and how that could affect production. They will feel India is not worth the investment.

It’s the shortsighted and disorganized business class that undermines the efforts of developing nations like India to get FDI. Modi’s social divisiveness also undermines investors confidence.

How about 1984?

Modi Ji should lead by example and should take back all the lost territory to China and they should teach Chinese a lesson which they will never forget. I think the Chinese have forgotten the lesson of 1962.

Except Large global corporations just keep investing in India despite Modi? what would explain that, Google, Microsoft, Tesla, Boeing, Airbus, Safran, Walmart, Amazon, all are pretty optimistic for India?

1. They probably don’t trust local Indian companies enough to sub-contract as much.
2. A lot of software work is just that software, not repeative industrial hardware work at low pay, but relatively high technical skill, so it’s hard to find good workers.
3. Even a lot of the Indian software work has a lot of bugs, like the software in the 737-max, according to Boeing engineers in the US.

A lot of micro-management is needed to ensure quality and everyone following the rules. This is why Dassault doesn’t want to certify Rafales made in India as just as good as those made in France. They don’t trust local workmanship or local management or both.

These companies also work in IT parks; a bubble outside of Modi and his goons socially interfering, or maybe it’s a lot more sutle like the cases over caste like in California, and we don’t hear about it, for fear of losing their jobs.

Boeing builds AH64 Airframes in India, Everyone from Ford, Audi, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, has Mfg plants that is part of their global supply chains.

Look up TCS, as it stands - it is the most valuable IT company. All major banks, Auto company, IT company, Insurance company utilizes Indian Software companies. Even the so called "bug" for 737max that you insinuate was attributed to HCL, that has a revenue of 8.63 billion dollars, to put that in context of this forum; that is close to twice of the entire revenue of the entire IT industry of entire nation of Pakistan.

Companies take the risk to win contracts because India requires offsets. The real challenge is if these companies choose to build in India over other countries for the export market beyond what they are required to do to win local contracts. These companies maybe in India, and producing a lot, but how much of the products these companies sell is made in India for the world market.

was any of this ever a really a secret to have been classified? thought everyone knew about the US India Japan and others' collective interest and inclination to thwart China's ambitions at the cost of its neighbors both land and ocean borders. Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, Nepal ....

Destroy and contain are two different objectives..

US intents are as usual full of sinister

Discarding LKY's advice in breaking up India into pieces India has chosen to bet on the wrong horse. America itself still hasn't learned its lessons despite all the setbacks. The continuation of this very dangerous strategic game will lead nowhere for the average Americans which is sadly not the concern of the elite. I fully understand the lack of options so courting India is a must have piece for America's grand scheme. But Indians should be aware that they have become our target to be destroyed too in the event of war with US. Let that moment sink in for a moment as nuclear options is on the table. It is not wise to meddle with our unification plan.

Considering India is already a target to you, why would this matter? Just be aware India is next door and alot closer.
